3. Project Communication and Payment Terms

After a client submits an order or pays a deposit, we will work with the client to confirm project requirements, scope of service, deliverables, and execution schedules based on the information provided.

Once payment is complete, the client must promptly provide the materials necessary to commence the project. If project delays occur because the client fails to provide essential information in a timely manner, the schedule may be adjusted accordingly.

All confirmed paid projects shall be executed in accordance with the agreement between the parties. Any additional services or changes to the project scope require prior agreement on the new cost arrangements.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, INTERSCOPE CREATIVE LTD retains intellectual property rights regarding its original methodologies, workflows, templates, tools, assets, and undelivered content.

Upon completing payment and receiving the final deliverables, the client may use the project outcomes for the agreed-upon purposes.

Clients may not reproduce, sell, transfer, or use the materials for commercial purposes unrelated to the agreed-upon use without authorization.

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

When using our services, clients must:
