Given the variations in business types, promotional goals, and project requirements among clients, we employ a customized service process. The prices displayed on our website serve primarily as an initial deposit to initiate project discussions and preliminary service arrangements; the final scope of services and total costs will be confirmed based on actual requirements.

1. Submitting Project Requirements and Paying the Initial Deposit

Clients can select the desired services via our website and submit their project requirements. Once the initial deposit is paid, we will begin processing your inquiry and move to the subsequent communication phase.

The initial deposit serves to confirm the intent to collaborate, allocate project resources, and begin the preliminary work of organizing requirements. Payment of the deposit does not imply that the fixed service content is fully finalized; the specific project scope will be confirmed based on discussions between both parties.

2. Discussing Requirements and Confirming the Plan

Upon receiving the order information, we will communicate further with the client to understand the project details, including:

An overview of the business or individual’s operations;
Product or service features;
Target audience;
Desired promotional direction;
Required marketing content and scope of services.

After fully understanding the requirements, we will confirm the appropriate service plan, project scope, deliverables, and execution schedule with the client.

If the project requirements are complex, additional communication may be necessary to ensure mutual agreement on project goals and execution methods.

3. Project Confirmation and Official Launch

Once both parties have confirmed the service content, pricing, and execution schedule, the project officially enters the execution phase.

We will carry out work according to the confirmed project plan, which may include advertising support, marketing content production, creative content development, or other agreed-upon services.

Clients are expected to provide necessary materials—such as brand information, product details, images, text, or other relevant documents—in a timely manner to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

4. Project Execution and Ongoing Communication

During project execution, we will maintain necessary communication based on the project type and provide progress updates at key stages.

Execution timelines vary depending on project scale, content complexity, the speed of client feedback, and specific service requirements.

For projects involving multiple execution stages, we will proceed according to the agreed-upon schedule, ensuring that work at each stage aligns with the defined scope.

5. Delivery of Project Outcomes

Upon project completion, we will deliver the final materials to the client in the manner previously agreed upon by both parties. Delivery methods may include:

Transmission of electronic files;
Online file sharing;
Delivery via email;
Other digital delivery methods agreed upon by both parties.

Upon receipt of the deliverables, the client should promptly verify whether they comply with the agreed scope of service. Any issues falling within the original project scope may be addressed through timely communication with us.

6. Project Modifications and Adjustments

If the client requires adjustments to the confirmed deliverables, we will provide appropriate support based on the project circumstances.

Reasonable adjustments within the original scope of service will be handled in accordance with the agreement between the parties; if new requirements exceed the original project scope, a re-confirmation of the service content and associated costs may be required.

7. Project Completion Timeline

The project delivery timeline is determined based on the service type, project scale, and the client’s level of cooperation.

Generally, the main deliverables for standard projects will be completed within 7–30 working days following the confirmation of requirements. For complex projects or services involving multiple marketing phases, the actual timeline may be adjusted based on specific project conditions.

If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide materials or confirmations in a timely manner, or due to other reasons beyond our control, the project completion date will be extended accordingly.

8. Project Completion Confirmation

The project is deemed complete once the client confirms receipt and acceptance of the project deliverables.

Upon project completion, should there be a need for new promotional activities, content updates, or additional marketing services, both parties may discuss new service requirements and cooperation arrangements.
