Cancellation & Refund

INTERSCOPE CREATIVE LTD is committed to providing clients with a clear and transparent process for advertising and creative marketing services. As our services typically involve project communication, requirements analysis, proposal preparation, and customized execution, the handling of service cancellations and refunds depends on the project’s progress.

1. Service Cancellation Requests

Clients wishing to cancel purchased services should submit a cancellation request as soon as possible via the “Contact Us” page on our website or other official contact channels, providing order details and relevant explanations.

We will acknowledge the request within 1–3 business days of receipt and inform the client of the outcome based on the project’s current status.

2. Cancellation Before Project Commencement

If a cancellation request is submitted before project execution begins, requirements analysis takes place, or related service costs are incurred, any eligible refund amount will be processed following verification.

Refunds are typically returned to the client’s original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation.

3. Cancellation After Project Commencement

As advertising and creative marketing services involve tasks such as project planning, communication, content preparation, and resource allocation, costs associated with work already completed or expenses already incurred may be non-refundable once execution has begun.

For any unexecuted portions of the project, we will assess the refundable amount based on actual progress and process the refund upon mutual agreement.

4. Delivered Services

Refunds are generally not available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted or utilized by the client.

If a client believes the delivered content significantly deviates from the agreed scope of service, they should contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide an explanation; we will then address the matter based on the specific circumstances.

While we cannot control the final processing time of third-party payment providers, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
